As a seasoned practitioner, you’ll enjoy full ownership of a diverse range of private practice matters, from conveyancing and property finance to wills, estates, and trusts. You’ll thrive in a supportive, down-to-earth environment where you can work independently while building lasting client relationships and delivering pragmatic, results-driven legal advice.

About the Role:

• Lead and manage a diverse caseload, with emphasis on conveyancing, property finance, wills, estates, trusts, and other areas of general private practice
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering tailored end-to-end legal solutions adhering to the highest professional standards
• Independent file management from initial instruction to closure, ensuring compliance whilst maintaining a strong client focus
• Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team
• Work closely with Directors on complex matters, contributing to strategic decision-making and the firm's future growth

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5+ years PQE in private practice, with a solid background in property finance, conveyancing, and general legal practice
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing your caseload efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, can-do attitude to achieve the best outcomes for clients
• Excellent communication skills, with a client-centered approach and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring, or managing junior staff will be highly valued
