About the role
ARA Security is looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their growing team. This is a newly created position and will report to the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring the business's receivables function is managed promptly and efficiently coupled with your strong understanding of progress claims and variations within the construction industry.
Skills & experience
- Proven AR and credit control experience, with a focus on progress claims, variations, and reconciliations within the construction and building industry
- Skilled in high-volume, end-to-end ledger management, ensuring accuracy and timely processing supported by solid computer literacy
- Accurately record information to support the Billing Administrator in the timely generation of invoices
- Strong customer focus, effectively managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks
- Exceptional written and oral communication with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
