Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a new and dynamic investment firm. As the Investment Manager, you will be responsible for driving key investment decisions, managing portfolios, and identifying new opportunities to maximise returns for your clients.

About the Role:

• Actively seek out new investors, earn and request introductions and referrals, strengthen client relationships and drive business growth
• Managing investor relationships and creating your own investor portfolio while presenting Blossum’s investment opportunities to potential and existing investors
• Identify and assess funds and direct capital investment opportunities, performing investment analysis and due diligence, recommending investments and divestments based on findings and client goals
• Monitor economic trends, evaluate investment potential, and provide insights, interpreting data to inform investment decisions and recommend strategies
• Manage the deal pipeline and offer support in investment performance analysis, financial analysis, valuations, and adjustments to investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with clients' evolving needs

Skills and Experience:

• Proven sales success and strong business acumen in investment, wealth, and portfolio planning, with a focus on building relationships and achieving sales targets within wealth management or related financial advisory roles
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written (ideally in Chinese as well), with the ability to present, engage with clients, and build trust
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated expertise in wealth management, financial planning, investment management, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and, ideally, relevant financial software
• A high level of ethical standards and professional integrity, combined with leadership qualities, the drive for continuous improvement, and the ability to thrive in a goal-oriented and challenging environment
