We are looking for a Powder Coater to join our team. If you take pride in producing high-quality finishes and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
The Role
- Prepare, powder coat and finish metal components to high standards
- Operate spray equipment and curing ovens safely
- Mask/unmask parts and maintain clean, contamination-free work areas
- Inspect finishes and complete production records
- Follow job sheets, schedules, and all health & safety procedures
Skills & Experience
- Powder coating or industrial painting experience (preferred)
- Strong understanding of surface preparation, coating thickness, and curing processes
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, consistent finishes
- Competent with power tools and good physical fitness, lifting up to 35kg
- A reliable, positive attitude and strong attention to detail
