  • Commission-free recruitment means you pay an hourly rate for the recruitment time spent on your role, instead of a percentage of the candidate's salary. Standard agency commissions in New Zealand are 12%–22% of annual salary. Talent Connection charges $200–$220 + GST per hour, so SMEs typically save 50%–70% per hire.

  • Talent Connection recruits across construction, manufacturing, health, hospitality, automotive and corporate sectors throughout New Zealand. We work nationwide and partner with SMEs ranging from small businesses to mid-sized organisations.

    We believe having a database is important, but only to an extent. People on the database may not be looking for work at the time of recruitment; they may also not be a great fit for your team, and even agency recruiters only have a database for the specific locations/roles they recruit for.

    Our focus is on finding the right candidate for our employers and aligning the employer’s values with the candidate’s. That's why we shoulder-tap candidates specifically for our employers through SEEK Premium Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter License.
