Commission-free recruitment means you pay an hourly rate for the recruitment time spent on your role, instead of a percentage of the candidate's salary. Standard agency commissions in New Zealand are 12%–22% of annual salary. Talent Connection charges $200–$220 + GST per hour, so SMEs typically save 50%–70% per hire.

We believe having a database is important, but only to an extent. People on the database may not be looking for work at the time of recruitment; they may also not be a great fit for your team, and even agency recruiters only have a database for the specific locations/roles they recruit for.
