We are looking for an experienced Garage Door Technician to join our busy service division, repairing and installing garage doors and gates in residential homes and properties across the Auckland region.

About the Role:

• Provide a repair service to garage doors in residential homes and properties across the Auckland region
• Problem-solve and carry out repairs and maintenance work, support with installs, and respond to after-hour repairs
• Ensure sufficient supply of materials and parts are available in your vehicle
• Provide exceptional customer service through on-site communication with customers and updating the team at the branch
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, legislation, and procedures, including health and safety

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in garage repairs and installs is preferred
• Proficiency in using hand tools with solid mechanical aptitude for on-site fault-finding.
• A solution-focused, 'can-do' attitude, providing 'Garador' customer service
• A full New Zealand driver's licence is a must, with strong organisational and communication skills
• Like our product, we are seeking someone reliable, innovative, and available to support our customers
