They are seeking a proactive Senior Contracts Co-Ordinator to manage service contracts, grow maintenance agreements, and support the Auckland and North Island operations team.
About the Role
- Handle incoming service calls and provide clear, solutions-focused support.
- Promote and upsell products and services across residential and industrial sectors.
- Manage Auckland and North Island contracts, including schedules and service reporting.
- Support quoting, invoicing, collections, and job close-outs.
- Build strong client relationships and provide post-job follow-up and reporting.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in contract coordination or service administration.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple contracts.
- Excellent client communication via phone, Teams, and in person.
- Detail-oriented with experience in quotes, invoices, and reports.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and prioritisation skills.
