Hi, I am Ronnie.
I started Talent Connection to follow my passion for helping individuals and employers achieve their goals.
I have over 15 years of recruitment experience in high-volume construction, manufacturing, health and hospitality, automotive recruitment, and providing human resources support.
As a Recruiter, I have seen too many candidates with great potential lose out on a job because they couldn't show the employer how their skills and experience can benefit their organisation.
Equally, I have seen business owners and hiring managers hire the wrong person because they haven't asked the right questions at the interview stage or done their due diligence in the hiring process, causing them a lot of stress, loss in productivity, and money.
My vision is to utilise my skills and experience to help bridge the gap between individuals and employers.
