I have over 12 years of recruitment experience in high volume, construction, manufacturing, health, hospitality, automotive and corporate. I also have experience providing human resources support.
I am a member of the Career Development Association of NZ (CDANZ) and the Recruitment, Consulting & Staffing Association (RCSA)
As a recruiter, I have seen too many candidates with great potential lose out on a job because they couldn't show the employer how their skills and experience can benefit their organisation.
Equally, I have seen small business owners and hiring managers miss out on great talent because they haven't asked the right questions at the interview stage or they haven't done their due diligence in the hiring process, causing them a lot of stress, loss in productivity as well as money.
My vision is to utilise my skills and experience to help bridge the gap between individuals and employers.
