Throughout my career in recruitment, HR, operations management, and as a career coach, I have always prided myself on delivering a client-centred service. I achieve this through active listening, professional insight, and the ability to guide and nurture my relationships together with excellent written and oral communication skills. I’ve partnered with over 1000 people as they navigated their career journeys.

I hold a Diploma in Professional Coaching, a Graduate Diploma in Business (HRM), and an undergraduate degree in Education. I am a Certified Practitioner for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, Strong Interest Inventory®, and a CareerSmart Licenced Coach. I also hold a CDANZ Affiliate Membership and am a member of The Association for Coaching.

Outside of work, I enjoy competitive swimming, spending time with my family, even the furry ones, and supporting my local community.
