As the Outbound Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact, introducing customers to a brand built on consistency, dedication, and exceptional service. You'll play a key role in supporting the business development team by proactively contacting businesses to discuss their commercial cleaning needs, arrange quotes, generate qualified leads, and book appointments that convert into long-term commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively cold-calling businesses to generate leads and arrange quotes
- Qualify and pass on high-quality leads to the business development team for follow-up and conversion
- Liaise effectively with the wider team to ensure alignment with sales targets and strategy
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers to support long-term business growth
- Track and report lead generation activity and outcomes accurately to support sales performance monitoring
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in cold calling and prospecting to generate leads, preferably within a B2B or service-based industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to qualify leads and confidently arrange quotes
- Strong relationship-building skills, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to effectively manage leads, track sales activity, and produce accurate reports
