We are seeking an experienced Hamilton-based Project Coordinator who thrives in delivering critical commercial projects and enjoys a fast-paced, high-impact environment. In this role, you'll take ownership of the full project lifecycle - from setting timelines and monitoring progress to reporting on the status of work-in-progress and completed installations. Your ability to manage critical commercial projects with precision will be key to both successful project outcomes and reinforcing ARA Hardware’s position as the trusted partner in architectural hardware supply and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and report on projects, ensuring alignment with delivery deadlines
• Track progress and manage changes to scope, timeline, and costs
• Coordinate resources, vendors, and site visits; assist installers with hardware-related issues as needed
• Manage stakeholder and customer relationships, and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation, including audit and compliance records

Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record in delivering critical commercial projects and managing supporting documentation
• Proficient in project management systems and tools, with strong time management and prioritisation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to build collaborative, respectful relationships
• Holds a current driver’s licence and is willing to travel to project sites as required
