With 2 years’ post-admission experience, you’ll bring a sound foundation in conveyancing and a particular interest in subdivision and cross-lease work. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to deepen their expertise, expand their practice areas, and thrive in a collaborative, down-to-earth environment. You’ll enjoy full ownership of your files, strong mentoring, and training in Wills, Estates, and enduring powers of attorney.

About the Role:

• Manage your caseload with a focus on Conveyancing, including subdivisions and cross-lease matters
• Gain hands-on experience and training in Wills, Estates, EPOAs, and broader private practice matters
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, manage case files, all the while delivering a strong client service ethos
• Work closely with the Directors and benefit from active mentoring, while contributing to the firm’s strategic growth

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 2+ years post-admission experience in private practice, with a solid grounding in conveyancing
• A genuine interest in subdivision, cross-lease, and broader property matters
• Willingness to upskill in Wills, Estates, and EPOAs – full training provided
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a practical and client-focused mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• A desire to grow professionally, take on new challenges, and broaden your expertise
