About the Role:

• Install, configure, relocate, and decommission advanced camera systems on construction sites, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
• Conduct scheduled maintenance and on-the-spot troubleshooting to ensure maximum system uptime and reliability
• Use service software to log activities, manage schedules, and track system performance
• Communicate clearly with clients on-site, providing updates, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships
• Follow all Health & Safety protocols to support a safe, compliant working environment

Skills & Experience:

• Background in a technical trade, electrical work, or similar hands-on role, with a practical understanding of tools, safety, and installations
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently across multiple job sites
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm, professional presence on-site
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights; safety equipment and training provided
• Tech-savvy and confident using service software, with a willingness to learn and grow with evolving technology
