About the Role

This self-employed, commission-based role puts you fully in control of your pipeline - managing and converting leads through expert consultative selling, and guiding customers seamlessly through the entire design and build journey.

Skills & Experience

• Proactive sales initiative with a strong work ethic and drive to kick goals
• Proven track record of sales success, preferably in design and build, or related industries such as kitchen design or flooring
• Deep understanding and genuine passion for the design and build process
• Genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service, consistently delivering outstanding client experiences
• Strong knowledge of the New Zealand construction market, enabling tailored solutions that meet diverse customer needs
