With three dedicated offices nationwide and a team of over 50 experts, they serve the entire property market, from commercial and industrial portfolios to local and central government, as well as specialised assets like data centres, infrastructure, and quick-service restaurants.
Reporting to the National Operations and Inspections Manager, the Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the effective scheduling and coordination of field technicians to fulfil service contracts, meet compliance standards, and achieve operational efficiency targets. The role involves managing reactive call-outs, remedial works, projects and resource allocation while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining health and safety standards.
About the Role
- Coordinate and schedule appropriately skilled field technicians and subcontractors for every job or task type
- Manage reactive call-outs and remedial work end-to-end, including quoting, POs, and follow-up
- Be a key point of contact for customers, field technicians, and internal teams - keeping everyone aligned and informed
- Maintain accurate job data, timesheets and reporting to support invoicing, costing and operational visibility
Skills and Experience
- Relevant qualification with experience in fire services, compliance, logistics, or project coordination is advantageous
- Sound organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- IT savvy with proficiency in database and job management tools (e.g., SimPro and Uptick)
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in scheduling, call-outs, and logistical coordination
