About the Role

• Lead and manage hydraulic engineering projects from planning and design through to coordination, delivery, and completion, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality objectives are met

• Apply best-practice engineering principles and company standards to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory, health and safety, and industry requirements

• Develop, implement, and maintain in-house design, modelling, and drafting standards while ensuring accurate documentation, record-keeping, and project reporting throughout the project lifecycle

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, while organising, tracking, and allocating resources to achieve project objectives

• Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative culture through continuous learning, professional representation of the business, and support of business development initiatives and industry engagement

Skills & Experience

• Degree-qualified in Mechanical, Building Services, or Hydraulic Engineering, with proven experience delivering hydraulic design solutions on complex building projects

• Strong technical capability across hydraulic systems, including stormwater, sanitary drainage, water services, and associated design standards and codes

• Demonstrated experience managing projects and priorities, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and contribute to successful project delivery

• Proficiency in relevant design, modelling, and documentation tools, with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn, adapt, and grow within a high-performing team environment
