About the Role

Jennian Homes Waikato is looking for a driven New Home Sales Consultant ready to help Kiwi families create their perfect home - today, tomorrow and beyond. You’ll thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and shaping spaces that transform how people live. This self-employed, commission-based role puts you fully in control of your pipeline - managing and converting leads through expert consultative selling, and guiding clients seamlessly through the entire design and build journey.

Skills & Experience

• Proactive sales hunter with an unstoppable drive to consistently exceed targets

• Proven track record of sales success, in design and build, or related industries such as kitchen design, flooring or interior design

• Deep understanding and genuine passion for the design and build process

• Exceptional customer relationship skills, consistently delivering outstanding client experiences

• Strong knowledge of the New Zealand construction market, enabling tailored solutions that meet diverse customer needs
