About the Role
Jennian Homes Waikato is looking for a driven New Home Sales Consultant ready to help Kiwi families create their perfect home - today, tomorrow and beyond. You’ll thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and shaping spaces that transform how people live. This self-employed, commission-based role puts you fully in control of your pipeline - managing and converting leads through expert consultative selling, and guiding clients seamlessly through the entire design and build journey.
Skills & Experience
Proactive sales hunter with an unstoppable drive to consistently exceed targets
Proven track record of sales success, in design and build, or related industries such as kitchen design, flooring or interior design
Deep understanding and genuine passion for the design and build process
Exceptional customer relationship skills, consistently delivering outstanding client experiences
Strong knowledge of the New Zealand construction market, enabling tailored solutions that meet diverse customer needs
