Gellert Ivanson is a well‑established law firm based in St Heliers village and is seeking a Registered Legal Executive to join their team, with a focus on residential and commercial conveyancing.

Reporting directly to a highly regarded and experienced Partner, you will have responsibility for the efficient and accurate management of a broad conveyancing practice. This role will suit a Legal Executive who places a premium on exceptional organisation, precision, and delivering a consistently high standard of client care.

The Opportunity:

You will manage a diverse conveyancing caseload, including:

• Residential and commercial sales and purchases

• Refinancing and mortgage transactions

• Transfers of title

• KiwiSaver withdrawals

• Unit title and cross‑lease transactions

• Drafting agreements for sale and purchase

• Ensuring compliance with AML/CFT obligations, trust account authorities, and statutory requirements

About You:

Gellert Ivanson is seeking a Registered Legal Executive with a minimum of three years’ conveyancing experience who:

• Has strong knowledge of residential and commercial property transactions

• Demonstrates extremely high levels of organisation, with the ability to manage files proactively and anticipate issues before they arise

• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Is able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment

• Is proactive, organised, and comfortable managing competing deadlines
