About the Role
Operate laminating, winding, and slitting machinery across rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
Maintain product quality across all production runs - detail and accuracy are non-negotiable
Identify mechanical faults early and escalate to minimise production downtime
Collaborate with your shift team to meet daily output targets in a fast-paced environment
Skills and Experience
Proven mechanical aptitude - hands-on experience in manufacturing, packaging, or a related production environment preferred
Sharp eye for quality with a zero-compromise approach to production standards
Forklift (hoist) licence preferred but not essential, full NZ driver's licence an advantage
Computer savvy - comfortable using systems in a production environment
Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 25kg
Dependable team player with a proactive, energetic approach and a strong work ethic
