Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Tenders Administrator will take ownership of tender administration, document control, and workflow coordination. This pivotal role supports the Estimation team in preparing accurate, timely, and profitable commercial tender submissions. The Tenders Administrator will also be the primary conduit between the Estimation team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring information flows efficiently and deadlines are consistently met.

About the Role

• Manage the daily clearance and triage of the Tenders Inbox and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and professional handling of tender-related enquiries
• Provide critical support to the Estimation team by preparing tender documentation, setting up tender shells, assisting with pricing, and sourcing required information from suppliers and manufacturers
• Coordinate and communicate workflow updates across teams to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with deadlines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and architects by delivering professional service and clear, timely communication
• Actively contribute to workplace health and safety by identifying risks, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and complying with all policies

Skills & Experience

• Strong interest in progressing into an Estimation role, with a proactive and career-focused mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently across all levels
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong reading comprehension and time management skills to interpret complex documents and consistently meet deadlines
