We seek an Installation Technician to join our team of experts servicing and installing garage doors and gates in residential homes and properties across the Auckland region.

About the Role:

• Install garage doors and gates in residential homes and properties across Auckland
• Share your technical expertise to support the wider team when required
• Ensure sufficient supplies, materials, and parts are in the vehicle for all scheduled jobs
• Provide exceptional customer service through on-site communication as well as all interactions with the branch
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, relevant codes and legislation including health and safety

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in garage and gate installation is preferred
• Proficiency in using hand tools with a solid mechanical aptitude for on-site fault-finding
• A solutions-focused, 'can-do' attitude and adherence to Kinetic Access customer service standards
• A full New Zealand driver's licence is essential
• Organisational and communication skills; able to work autonomously
• Like our product, we are seeking someone reliable, innovative and with a desire to deliver a quality service experience for our customers.
